Blog#8 sleep

I think that this topic is relevant in Egypt because usually teenager's in Egypt sleeps and midnight or after and this not good for their own health they come ton school and want's to sleep and can't focus on what the teacher is saying and the lessons.

When teenager's sleeps late or other people that goes to school the result is that their health is affected they can;t focus in class or what the teacher is saying and they are tired so they can't do things that thinking or energy so the result is things that are negative.

I usually sleep maximum 12 hours not more in schools day i sleep at 8:00 and weekends i sleep at 9:00 but in vacations i sleep at any time.

I think that schools should change their time. 

I would like school to start later i would like it to start at 8:30 or 9:00 because i usually wake up at 6:30 or 7:00 i really take time to do things i should do in the morning and even though i sleep early when i wake up i also want to sleep so it will be better if school starts at this time.
